Let there be patience

With all this new technology latest on fertility, a lady of 78 years was able to give birth to a boy.
When she was released from hospital, went home, her relatives and friends came to visit her.
- Can we see the baby? - Someone asked.
- Not yet - said the mother - I'll make coffee and we can talk a bit before.
Thirty minutes passed, and another asked ..
- Could we see the baby now?
- No, not yet - said the mother.
After a few more minutes, they asked again.
- Can we see the baby now?
- No, not yet. - Replied the mother.
Already impatient, they asked:
- Well ... then, when can we see the baby?
- WHEN HE CRIES! - She told them.
